A Stopover in Seattle

by annk - last update: Feb 6, 2005

Pike Place Market
We flew into Seattle en route to our trip to Victoria, B.C. Spent about 1/2 day on the way up and a full day on the way back. Certainly not enough time to see all the sights but we did get a delightful taste of this city surrounded by water.

I love your page and... Seattle - the most beautiful of cities I visited in the USA (Urszula says about San Francisco and San Diego). Thanks a lot for sharing. I didn't find Community Garden, where was it?

Did ya miss the great beer scene in Seattle, Ann? At least you saw the sun. I did too and fell in love with this funky town.

I would have grumbled if this page did not include the fish market. . .Brava, dear Ann! (here's to vaclava, wherever she might be. . .)
