Before embarking on a Baltic cruise that originated in Copenhagen, we allowed ourselves a full day to explore the city. Transport to the center of the city was a breeze, the city itself easy to get around and very walkable. Bicycles were the preferred mode of transportation especially in the warm days of summer. Historical buildings, palaces, fortresses, brightly painted homes, Tivoli Gardens, the waterways and canals all grace this vibrant city. Although every port was unique and enjoyable, Copenhagen was one of my favorites and most memorable.
One of these days I will complete this page. |
