| | I went to Sequoia National Park in May 2000 with my boyfriend. It was so beautiful! I hadn't been there since I was small and I had truely forgotten how beautiful the park was. The big sequoias were incredible. I had never seen trees so huge. California is one of the best states in the US. Where else can you go to the beach and the snow in one day??
We stayed at Montecito Lodge located in the park and did some canoeing and hiking. We hiked to the Tokapah Falls which I have to say was a an awesome hike. The trail which was along side a creek, offered great views along every turn. This was a great weekend trip and
I recommend Sequoia to anyone who wants to get away and enjoy some nature. |
