    Favorite Dish: Szechwan Chicken from Mountain Valley dried foods. It was actually quite good. Okay, we were starving. :-D

     Just starting to plan for probable visit to Alaska next year. Not sure I'm up to a trip like this but your tips & photos are inspiring!
