Delaware is a really small state and pretty much their claim to fame is no sales tax. So, everyone goes to shop there and all the big designers decided to put a bunch of outlet malls here. I spend my summers at the Jersey shore and it's only a quick ferry ride over so I go at least once a summer, but of course, I don't go to shop . . . |
