South America remains a misunderstood and unfortunately feared continent. Many travelers shy away from what they view as a dangerous travel location, one full of petty thieves, lethal mass transit, and lawless revolutionaries. What I have found on both of my trips to this marvelous and colorful destination is a place full of not only incredibly varried terrain, but also of friendly people that can't do enough to make your stay a pleasant and memorable one.

unfortunately till now I have visited only the central america but I completely agree with you on the friendly people and the wonderful nature and I'm sure I wouldn't change but reinforce my idea the day I'll succeed in seeing the south...
