Visit the Royal Research Ship Discovery and the National Antarctic Museum. Discovery was launched in Dundee on 21-3-1901 and set sail from Cowes on the Isle of Wight on 18 -8-1901 going to Anarctic. She anchored in McMurdo Sound on 8-2-1902. The Discovery has been at Discovery Point Dundee since 1993.
