<p align=center><img src=http://digilander.iol.it/rhiannon1968/parislogo.gif>></p><p align=justify>I end up visiting Paris every few years or so, in different seasons. I was never too fond of this city: too noisy, too crowded, not quite as romantic as people say, and so on. In fact I've broken up more relationships in Paris than anywhere else, so I guess this city gives me seriously bad vibes.

Last time I went there it was in late autumn 2000, and, in spite of the rain, I found it quite enjoyable. This visit was not my choice: I had to chaperon a group of wild screaming teenagers who did not want to be really chaperonned anywhere, but who were really a fun bunch anyway.

Why was it fun? Well, you have to know that some of those students come from mountain villages: none had ever seen a metro/underground, most had never left Switzerland before, some discovered that no one in their family owned a suitcase. I loved taking them to the "world".
