Zion National Park is a spectacular cliff and canyon landscape. The roads are designed for sightseeing not speed. They are narrow, winding and sometimes steep. The Zion Canyon Scenic Drive takes you along the floor of Zion Canyon with sheer, vividly coloured cliffs towering above you. You drive through two tunnels one just over a mile long and along the bottom of the canyon flows the Virgin river.
Another entrance from the I-15 takes you into Kolob Canyon, which is also a part of this wonderful Zion National Park. Please check out travelogue. |
