I visited the Trelawny Beach Hotel at Falmouth Jamaica in December 2002 staying there for 2 weeks on an all inclusive basis. The resort had been completely refurbished in the early part of the year with new swimming pools being built also. The beach was sandy and free from pebbles and the sea was blue and quite calm. All in all it was a very good holiday. Whilst here you must try out the famous jerk pork and chicken. Jerk is a Jamaican cooking tradition where portions of meat are seasoned with a rub of peppers and spices and cooked slowly over a fire. Please view my travelogue for more photos of the resort. |
