Arrived in Vancouver, December hoping to experience our first "White Christmas".
Christmas in Australia is our summer, always hot and humid so the thought of snow at this time was quite exciting. We stayed in the "Lord Stanley" apartments with a great view of Stanley Park.
It didn't snow heavily but we did experience our first "flurries". Drove to Whistler where it was snowing, made everything look magical, fairyland.
"Awesome" is the only word I have recorded on our video camera. |
