The town hall. Big gothic building, dominates one of the big squares in Munich. Has a huge clock which at 11am 12 noon and 9pm comes to life. Basically all the figures spin around and two knights joust. My wife who has been to Prague reckons the one there is better, having never been there myself, I thought it was pretty good. Go through the main entrance under to clock and you find yourself in a big courtyard. Look up to see the collection of figures and gargoyles decorating the walls

Imposing church. You can climb one of the towers if you arrive at the right time. You may also go down into the crypt, which is a bit creepy, as it seems to be lit only by candles. Huge stained glass windows decorate both side of the church. Very impressive

The big yellow church. Was in the process of having the inside cleaned, so half the place was a brilliant white. Another beautiful church with a big dome in the middle.
