"SUPERMAN´s Gateway: The ARCH of St Louis, MO" Missouri by kharmencita

One of my travel Highlights in Missouri was exploring the way to the Top of this famous Gateway Arch, which is considered as one of the identity of the Greater Metropolitan City, Saint Louis.
St. Louis is the largest City of Missouri- My target of this travel was to visit the inner part of this well-known huge arch that lies on the western part of the Mississippi River. This architectural Landmark attracts lots of Tourist and is open for Public. It is one of the most visited man-made attractions in the world. It has a height of 192 meters high, 630 feet and is often used as object of architectural interests for the Movie World like the filming of the “Superman”. On the Base of the Arch is the Entrance to the way to the top. It is reach by a special kind of Tram. Before they reach to the topmost , the tourist has to go out from the tram and walk or climbed on slightly to reach the observation windows.
