St. Paul. Minnesota

by acemj - last update: Aug 31, 2006

Okay, I decided to finally build a St. Paul page. After all, I lived in the St. Paul suburbs for a number of years and I know it pretty well. I've hesitated until now because, most people (locals included) think of Minneapolis and St. Paul as one big city. In fact, it IS one big metro area known as the Twin Cities. You'll find that St. Paul is an underrated town if you visit during the summertime.
However, don't bother coming in the winter (unless you're Canadian!), when the temperature is likely to be below zero!

I just came from Cheng Heng Cambodian restaurant on University Avenue in St. Paul. It was fabulous! I ate heartily and brought some home for a most reasonable price. It is clean, appealing and great food!

Love that picture of the capital with downtown in the background. I've never seen that angle before, yet I've worked in downtown St. Paul over 3 years.

I'm not a Canadian, so I'll never be there during the winter...
