If you've seen the Marilyn Monroe movie, "Some Like It Hot," then you've seen Coronado Island in the heart of San Diego's Bay. The famous Hotel Del Coronado is the island's biggest attraction, but did you know that Coronado's Beach was recently voted as one of America's best family beaches? To me, that's no surprise. When I lived in San Diego during my high school years, every now and then I'd take a drive across the big swooping bridge that leads to the island and I always found it to be just a little quieter on the other side.
