The Old Town was decimated by shelling in the '91 siege, but for the most part, it's hardly noticeable these days. This building is located near the Minceta Fortress at the highest point of the city wall, but it was one of the only buildings I noticed that was still in such a state of disrepair. However, you will notice the difference in the red tile roofs throughout the Old Town with many new, bright tiles adorning the structures that were hit.

I was told that many of the buildings that have seemingly been patched up and repaired were simply given a facelift and that beneath the new tiles, many are still in need of a lot of work.
