***UPDATE*** October, 17, 2005: This page is lame! I really haven't worked too hard on this one, I guess because how can one possibly build a page on the USA? Most of my pages on entire continents are pretty lame, because I don't really think it's realistic to put so much information into one place. Also, if you don't live in the States, I don't want to encourage anyone to try to see it all in one visit. That's just not possible, unless you're planning about a 100 year visit!

For now, this page contains just some maps and other icons and images of the USA .

This is my favorite US page. I love your general tips--especially how you link tangibles and intangibles/symbolism. The only place I haven't seen from your tips is Mt. Rushmore...I want to do a N. by NW reenactment when I go:)

Great collection of tips/pics. All that's missing here are a swamp, a mountain chain (McKinley counts as a peak, but. . ) and grandma's apple pie. Great stuff!
