Based on the location in Plaza San Juan de Dios, it's very possible that this place is a tourist magnet, but I had a very good meal. It is located right in front of the Ayuntamiento (Town Hall) and has a bar downstairs as well as tables upstairs and a nice outdoor patio for warm and sunny days.
Favorite Dish: I had a fish soup that was nothing to write home about (a little bland), but then I ordered a whole fish served very simply in good olive oil and it was delicious. I also had a good Rioja red wine (just say "Rioja" or "vino tinto").
