We observed out bartenders carefully and took diligent notes in order to bring you the following recipe: -- 2 parts Pisco -- 1 part fresh lime juice -- 1 part simple syrup -- 1 egg white -- 3 parts ice -- 2 dashes Angostura bitters Blend and enjoy!

Some great architectural gems into downtown Lima, you have got to love that old Spanish colonial style!! Those Pisco Sours sound interesting and that shopping area in Miraflores is well situated. Looks like a good start to your trip! |
