Wilmington, Delaware is most famous not for its landmarks, nightlife, or history...more for its banks and businesses. Banks and businesses????

Yes, Delaware is home to 60 percent of Fortune 500 companies, and about 500,000 other corporations,not for its cheap real estate, but for its low corporate taxes. Many of these businesses have but a mailbox in Delaware with their physical headquarters located elsewhere and the mail forwarded.

Would you believe there are almost the same number of corporations registered in Delaware as there are people in the state (500,000 corporations and 785,000 people!)

    Just a correction -- Kahl Bee is not the only Korean Restaurant in DE. There is an authentic Korean Barbecue & Sushi bar only 5 miles East on Kirkwood towards Newark, in another shopping center.
