Jolon is near the front entrance of Fort Hunter Liggett. This fort is home to Mission San Antonio de Padua and William Randolph Hearst's Hacienda. From Fort Hunter Liggett you can drive the beautiful Nacimiento-Ferguson road about 22 miles to Highway 1 and the Big Sur coastline.

    Beautiful mission and that country is gorgeous. Love the tank picture. Great tip about seeing the Native American art at La Cueva Pintada (The Painted Cave). Putting that on my list of things to see. Nice page!
