"Luxembourg" a Luxembourg Travel Page by Ewingjr98

When I lived in Germany from 1998 to 2000, we were just 45 minutes from Luxembourg, so we visited often. In fact we spent more time here than any other big city, except perhaps Trier, Germany.

We often made the trip to catch American movies at the great movie theater just east of town near the airport. Also in this area is the American Cemetery where General George Patton is buried.

The city has some great architecture blended into the natural beauty of the cliffs and rivers. We occasionally visited for the nightlife or to take the train to other European cities.
