Druridge Bay
My latest trip was to Widdrington (Morpeth), just a bit north of Newcastle. Had a splendid little vacation with friends who live there, Simon and Dawn. He's a tree surgeon, she's teakes c are of horses!
In our country the weather was abominal, in Northern England we had 25 deegrees, went swimming on Drurudge Bay. Such a wonderful bay, and NO ONE around. Toured Northumberland and Yorkshire. Impressive, the calm and quiet, the sheep, the fresh air, the vastness.
I'm off to Rumania now (for my job), been in Haïti earlier this year (also for my job). Will elaborate later. Have been on the move for decades...
