well Menorca is a calm place, beach, cows, grassland, beautifull landscape. A place for lose one's way
I advise go to FAR DE CAVALLERIA'.there is an impressive cliff that falls into the sea (100 meters aprox). In the afternoon because the sunrise there is very nice due to their rustic landscape.Be carefull (very important) with the wind called 'Tramuntana' (wind direction North-south very strong)
when appears the moon in the sky you can try to go to COVES D'EN XOROI' situated in Cala'n Porter (town). Its increible, a disco situated next to the cliff and over it the sea. The price its a little expensive, but not much.
The main ways to acced to the beaches commonly isnt built of tarmac.In fact is earth with rocks and be carefull with your car( if you are the owner of course). Also the secondary roads (with tarmac) are very narrow for two cars above all these that drive to the beaches |
