A small port city on the Tonle Sap River and capital of the province with the same name, it is an easy bus ride and figurative world away from Phnom Penh. Our visit was short but sweet. The town itself is ok but the real attractions are the outside the city. Amazing floating villages, interesting local pottery production, beautiful scenery!
- Pros:Lovely scenery, not your typical tourist stop in Cambodia
- Cons:Tricky to catch a bus out of town!
