It is faster than rickshaws, but noisy and smokey and a bit more expensive... so take it only if you are in hurry or if you are carrying many luggages.

The common way to cross the rivers in Bangladesh is by ferry. They are usually overcrowded, and a little risky sometimes, especially in rainy season, when accidents occur regularly...

Rickshaws are the most common and cheap way for getting around. Only in Dhaka there are more than 600,000 of them !! Colourful, cheap and quite comfortable... :)
