Countdown to Death": false. Welles. has a 5way Xsection; timer won't let u X til the 2 or 3 lanes leading ur way have red; u wait a while. Or observe traffic flow & cross w/ out the timer. Be careful, cars wait longer: lights hit green, drivers speed off!
