Restaurant Name: Costa do Sol

Costa do Sol was my favourite place, right at the end of the beach of Costa do Sol, with palm and sand in front of you.

Favorite Dish: The legend: a 'duzia de camaroes', that is a dozen of shrimps. You may want to negotiate the actual dimension of the shrimps, but Mozambican ones are among the best. Thay are the first item on Mozambican export list, and you should even consider that - given the afct that fishing is made beyond any capacity of control by part of Mozambican authority- a large share of shrimps goes without being oficcially exported.
The second best Mozambican typical restaurant food is 'galinha piri-piri', that is 'baby chicken piri-piri', as they call it in English-speaking Zimbabwe. Very tasty chicken grilled after being marinated in lemon, garlic and pepper.
