The first time I visited Vancouver was in August 1996 and I immediately fell in love with the city. I fell so madly in love with the city that I decided to move here permanently in October 1997, and I haven't regretted my decision ever since!
How would I describe Vancouver? It's cosmopolitan yet quaint, fashionable yet unpretentious, friendly and warm, diverse and of course, you get breath-taking scenery -- just look north and you see mountains, just look west and you see water!

This place is such a great place to live in. This past year, Vancouver was voted again as the Number 1 City to live in based on the results of the William Mercer Quality of Life Survey! This time, Vancouver shares the Number 1 spot with Zurich, Switzerland. :) Not convinced? Check out these sites:
