This is my first stab at a Home Page, so bear with me...
Since I was born on the small island of Puerto Rico, albeit, a tropical paradise, traveling off-island was always an adventure I looked forward to. Thanks to my parents, I inherited a wunderlust that has kept me traveling all my life.

I have lived in Arizona, Indiana, Ohio, North Carolina, New York, Connecticut and Massachusetts. A year in each of Lausanne, Switzerland, Zaragoza, Barcelona and Valencia in Spain. My three years in Vitoria, capitol of the Basque Region were my favorites.

Currently I spend three months out of the year in Umbria where I am restoring a ruin.

Over the years I have traveled to Sydney, Athens, Budapest, Vienna, St. Petersburg, Brugge, Buenos Aires, Santiago, Caracas, Curacao, Aruba, US Virgin Islands, Mexico, Quebec, Hong Kong, Bali, Marrakesh, Rabat, all the Hawaiian Islands, Scotland and most of Italy, Spain, France, Sweden and England.

My bucket list is getting shorter but it is still longer than I would like it to be. I will be scratching off China, Tibet (I refuse to call it China), Bhutan and Nepal this fall.

I live in Old San Juan in a comfortable house built around 1860 where I have terraces and gardens and my restoration studio, where I repair decorative objects of art made of porcelain, clay, glass, crystal and wood.
