WE went for my birthday to have a picnic on the beach at Blankenberge in Belgium , the coast of Belgium is not very long and I think that Blankenberge offers the biggest and widest stretch of beach including a pier and lots of beachfront cafes too.
The weather was great for our visit but you should remember when planning your visit that this weekend was unusually hot...not really warm enough for a dip in the sea though..that will have to wait until 45!
We tried and tried to get the footprint from the VT flip flops to work out ..
Not too busy, plenty of sun and good food
- Pros:lovely wide beaches and plenty to do
- Cons:All things are more expensive at the seaside
- In a nutshell:if you could gurantee the weather it would be perfect

I've never been there but it looks like a pleasant place for a day or two, must try to get there some time. fergy.
I love piers!
Good tips and pics,the hotel looks and sound nice,but love the pier walk.
At least the water in Taba will be nice and warm :o) I like the Latte and croissant pic.... it's making me hungry!! :o) Hugs, Ann xx
