The lack of cold and ice has not stopped the Winterlude this year… the show must go on!
Actually we finally got some cold weather so the canal is suppose to open for skating this weekend… just in time for Winterlude. Now if only this winter weather will stay for a few weeks.
See my album on the Ottawa’s Winterlude for more information. It is the big event in the winter and not only happens on the canal (largest skating rink in the world) but has the ice sculpting competitions in Confederation Park.
