Ping Hsi is a small town besides the Keelung River. It was properous for the coal mineral. A railway along the river was built to this town for the transportation of the coal. Now that the mineral was depleted, this town became very quiet in the mountain. The railway is bringing the tourists to see this beautiful and peaceful area now.
