Tama Plaza: Floating Restaurant at Balarin, in Talisay

Its a floating restaurant...which offers a very nice view........of the ocean...of the sky and the mangrooves.....ahahhaahahaaha

We had our lunch here.......(i think this is in Talisay already) after we ate our lunch here we went straight to Balay Negrense.......(well its a different story)

I think if you are here........what else can you order ( i mean this in a possitive way)...but seafoods.......seafoods...and lots of seafoods........

i like everything we eat here from buttered kalamares.......to.....sisig......to...sinigang....wow.......i had a great lunch.....

Plus the price is very affordable............:)

Its just pity that i didn't get the picture of the dished...but Buena did...:).....

Directions: From my hotel in Lacson....we take the jeepney (airconed) going to Talisay terminal.......then from the talisay terminal another jeep going to Talisay public Market....then a tricycle to the Floating restaurants......................

This is a fine dining restaurant........the good thing in here...is that those customer who smokes...can get the outside space at the second floor which i think offers a nice view at night.......

I Think think this place is the right place when you are on a date...here in Bacolod...:)

Favorite Dish: Not a favorite but i tried their seafood pasta, lychee shake and their pizza.....
what i noticed...they have a very big serving.......

I was there with Buena......and the food we ordered is good for four already...for Php 600.00 thats nice already.............:)

El Ideal: Ideal Place for Merienda

The place gives you a feeling that you really are out of Manila....nice place...nice feeling............ at least....your vacation plan is in the right place....forgetting Manila and work for a while...ahahahhaahaha

We went here after after our picture taking of the Balay Negrense...it was a hot afternoon...and a Merienda is very much needed at that time......

The place is famous for tourist......they have halo-halo, all types of pies, mango shake.....every thing a filipino wishes for his merienda...hahahhaahaaa

I like the butchi here.......it looks like a longganisa from our town.........:)

btw....the El Ideal......is pronounced.....edial....not the typical Ideal....like others would pronounce it..................:)

Have it in DECo's: Ilonngo's Batchoy

Have a taste of the Ilonggos Original Batchoy here in Bacolod (i tasted it first when i was in La Paz, Iloilo)......together with the puto.....yum....yum...yum.....

According to Buena...the restaurant bought the original recipe of a restaurant in the Iloilo market.....(if its true...i don't know)...now its a favorite restaurant here in Bacolod

Favorite Dish: the Original Batchoy.......Extra.....:) or you can ask for the extra soup (sabaw)...
what i like is dippig the puto to the batchoy soup......:)

Ruins Restaurant: Spanish Recipe at the Ruins

When you go to the ruins try their restaurant there......tried it myself...
I tried their specialty the Callos dela Madrid.......the waiter said its a family secret recipe.....
well it's not everyday that i will eat here in the Ruins.......

Also the place is inviting....its like (when i was earing at the porch facing the fountain) i owned the place..i was taken back in time........

The Place has a nice view........

Favorite Dish: Try the Callos dela Madrid an old family recepi for Php 350.00 its expensive but....for the sake of trying....its not everyday that i can taste this.....;)

Theres's a lot to choose from: Stop and Dine at the Manukan Country

From a person living outside Bacolod........the whole area is a strip of restaurant catering the famous Bacolod's inasal...........My mistake here was that...i was supposed to meet ate cyndy for a dinner /mini vt meet here....she texted me where i am...and i just said i'm in Manukan country.......thats the only information that i said to her...without knowing that the Manukan Country...is a strip of restaurant...hahhahahaha

The place....is pang masa....where you dont have hesitations to eat with your bare hands.....this is I think the best way to eat here........

Favorite Dish: Everyday Im here in bacolod I always eat the bacolod Inasal......yum...yum....yum......(My day is not complete without eating that food when i was here) Because its not everyday that i can eat the original bacolod's inasal...hahhahahahahahaa.......just enjoying my time here.......;)

Bob's Cafe and Restaurant: Eating at Bob's.......................

This is a local restaurant.................well the best I think in the whole of Bacolod..........the food is great here....service is also good. They said that the restaurant is been around for quite sometime........(sine 1965.......hope i got it right). You can see some waiters are still working here since it opened (i hope i also got the info right)...whewwwwwwww

Bob's has a cafe and a restaurant......Usually about a couple of meters away from each other.......

Bob's is a five-minute ride from my hotel in Lacson Street....hhahahaha not bad......

Favorite Dish: I tried their specialty.......
the baby back ribbed-steak.......
and the fruit punch........(i like this very much, NOw i'm addicted to it already).............
been dreaming of this fruit punch

Chicken Deli: Eat bacolod's Inasal here

I was here since 2008.....my first Bacolod travel...for work...............hahaahhaaha
and eating there again after three years.....is quite nice.....

Now i have notived that every year i eat there since 2008 I am just lucky to be in Bacolod for four consecutive years.....the nice thing is that I have seen it improved......from a restaurant with so so interior furnishings....I have noticed it turned out to be a nice looking reastaurant.........new floorings.......wider food halls......its great.......to see it IMPROVE throughout the years

I like to eat here with my bare hands......i think they said that it is the proper way to eat the bacolod inasal.........I like also the toyo(soy sauce) and the kalamansi (calamansi) condiments.....:)......yum....yum...yum....now im getting hungry na talaga..................;)

Favorite Dish: Their specialty...the petchu...and the garlic rice.......

The good thing is that their extra rice is for free............which Ipaid for Php 140.00
