They don´t have Locarno on VT so I choose to take Lugano as the home for my LOCARNO page!
Locarno in the Italian speaking part of Switzerland is a beautiful city with Italian flair. Lying on the shores of the Lago Maggiore with all the many palms gives it a mediterranean caracter. Locarno is host of the "Locarno Film Festival" in the summertime, where many international films are shown.
It´s really worth a visit...
