Lake Buttermere | Winter colours at Buttermere |
Steve and Sue took us on a breathtaking walk around Lake Buttermere. We have been really fortunate to go there on this sunny winter day. The lake was so still that it has been paradise for all picture addicts like me. |
| | Locals You always meet some gentle locals anywhere. This cutie was waiting for the bus in Buttermere. |
| Near the Castlerigg Stonecirlcle |
| | Relaxing countryside Even if the place is quite crowded with tourists (even in winter) I'm sure you can easily find a hide away off the tourist roads. These are the hills around Keswick, near the Castlerigg Stone Circle. |
