Hi and welcome to the south of Ireland. Cork is home of the Murphys brewery, Irelands other famous beer. Have a Murphys here instead of a Guiness!
Cork itself is a nice little city compared to Dublin, with some good bars, restaurant and shopping facilities. I only have been here for a day......
There is another beautiful spot of Ireland 24 km away from Cork....COBH! This is maybe the most colorful town in Ireland, and if you have a car you should make a visit !!! The Titanic once left here as well....
