Co. Clare offers some of the most spectacular landscapes of Ireland - maybe even the most spectacular.
It's all about rock here actually.... there are high cliffs and areas that make you think you landed on the moon. |
| | My favourite area in Co. Clare is the Burren. Watch down while hiking here - you will see some of the most wonderful rock formations! The lime stone has been washed away by the wind and the rain for hundreds of years and turned this area into an amazing experience! |
Co. Clare is also where the most famous of all Irish sights are located: The Cliffs of Moher. Almost all tourists in Ireland visit these 200 mtr cliffs - and they are all right. You get some breathtaking views from here! | | |
