I have some friends in Münster so I visit this nice student city from time to time. I have never really visited as a tourist here though so my tips are not the typical tourist view of Münster so far. Maybe some day I will even see the market square and the old town again ;-)
I was here once in the 1990s to visit a friend and to see the lovely christmas market. But I can't really remember anything from back then.
- Pros:Many students, nice atmosphere, Germany's town of bicycles!
- Cons:If you get into an accident with a bicycle here it's ALWAYS your fault ;)

Just checking for Pinkus Muller...my next port of call after an LTU flight. ;) Unfortunately that's not likely until Christmas.

I remember the ugly concrete in the zoo. But they now got one among the most beautiful orang utan enclosurs in the world. I need to revisit. frank.
Nice start, I hope more is coming, especially a tip if a place where I can get beer and schnitzel ;-)
