The leningrad Cowboys and Twipsy - Rostock

Hi!

The only place of Rostock I've been to so far is the ferryport but the rest looked gorgeous so I have to go back some day.

The only good picture I have from here is a "stolen" one from the www.expo2000.de page. It was taken when the Leningrad Cowboys introduced the new EXPO2000 ads that were placed at every German ferryport during the 5 months of the Expo. The signs said "Dear Neighbours, at June 1st we'll be celebrating the opening of our Expo in Hannover. It might be a bit louder but you are very welcome to celebrate with us". Cute isn't it?

I really loved the signs and as I love the Leningrad Cowboys as well I thought I could put it here...

A sad memory of saying Good Bye at the FinnJet terminal ... and finding our later that it was the final Good Bye :-( more travel advice
