Up the hill from the old town you will find Porvoo's beautiful little church. I liked the little entrance to the church. It looks like a small church next to the bigger one ;-)

The old town

Park your car on the big car park next to the river, cross the bridge and enjoy the old time atmosphere of Porvoo's old town. There's wooden houses, little warehouses at the river, little shops, cafes and a church. Very beautiful!

Directions: About 40 kms east of Helsinki (Motorway even!) There's busses and even boats that will bring you there from Helsinki.
