On the normal page here I added only one place in every category here - to show my one and only absolutely favourite spot in Europe for every category.

Travelogues

Pont Neuf the night before the Euro came

Apart from that this is my place where I have put a nice "little" mixture of TRAVELOGUES ...

One with the places of the whole world that are on my To go to before I'm grey and old" - list.

For the last ten years I have developped the habit to celebrate New Year's Eve in different places because I don't like being at home in Hannover then. See the travelogue to see where I have been to welcome which year. It's much nicer just to walk through some streets in another city than to go to a fancy party at home I think. So that's why I want to keep this tradition. So if you have any suggestion, where to go next just tell me...

Picture collections

A place called A (by good-old)

Also there's a travelogue which I created with the help of many VT members - it shows pictures of several ports of the world.... If you have any pictures of ports please feel free to send them to me and I'll add them to the travelogue! Thanks!!

Plus I added a new travelogue of another collection of your great pictures! This time the theme is Funny signs all over the world. If you have any road signs, streets signs, shop signs etc that are exotic, funny or interesting just give me a shout! Thanks
