Fondest Memory: One of the first thing you should do at Amsterdam is to take a canal cruise down the waterways of Amsterdam. The cruise will enable you to see rows of gable houses and some very beautiful boat houses. Even saw a family having a barbeque on their boat.

Fondest Memory: If you have not seen a traditional windmill yet, then a visit to Zaanse Schans is going to be a worthwhile experience. You've seen enough pictures of beatiful windmills, so why don't go and see the real thing itself?

Favorite Thing: See the demonstration of cheese making.
Fondest Memory: Again at Zaanse Schans, you can get to see a demonstation of cheese making. After that, you can get to try different kinds of cheese. For those with the stomach for it, you should try the goat cheese. For myself, I love the smoked and garlic cheese. Don't forget to buy one back.
