Altes Schloss and gardens - Oberschleißheim

I visited Oberschleißheim on the same day as Dachau and I enjoyed it. The village lies 13 kilometres to the North of München and is very clean and neat; moreover, it is indicated everywhere how to reach the castles, the museum and other things to see. Unfortunately, I had little time because I had to go back to München and then to Augsburg, so I visited only the Altes Schloss and the Neues Schloss (Old Castle and New Castle), not the Schloss Lustheim, which should also be very beautiful.

Pros and Cons

Pros:a real Versailles
Cons:a bit out of the village, 15 minutes on foot
In a nutshell:wonderful!

Too bad I could not visit Oberschleißheim when I was in München but it is always difficult to match job related travels wit tourism ! Thank you for sharing !
