Restaurant Name: Massabon

If you are driving up the National Road 14 (SS 14) from Trieste to Venezia, you will see this restaurant (last photo of this tip) just before entering the nice town of Portogruaro. We usually take the A4 motorway from Trieste, but when we came home from Slovenija on 23th August 2008, there was a long traffic jam at the Mestre exit, near Venezia, so my father decided to take the national road (which didn't prevent us from finding a big jam around Venezia.
Anyway, the name of this nice restaurant should actually be written in two words and you must pronounce it with the stress on the o: Massa bon. It means "Too good". They offer pasta, various sorts of meat and fish, as well as pizza (although they didn't made pizzas when we ate there).

Favorite Dish: My dad and I had a Wiener Schnitzel (we call it a "Milanese cutlet" in Italian) with chips, while my mum had fried fish. We spent 27.50 euro including water and bread. We liked the food, but unfortunately we had to wait quite a long time, because there were many clients and not enough waitresses.
