Much more than fashion... Most Italians, but also many foreigners who travel to Italia, have a very negative opinion of Milano as a touristic destination. They think Milano means fashion, industry, Stock Exchange, pollution... and that should be all. According to them, the only reasons why one should travel to Milano are to go shopping or to visit some relatives. (Only Torino has a worst image to them in terms of beauty and cultural importance.) Have you ever thought this of Milano? Have you ever avoided it while travelling southwards to Firenze, Roma, Napoli, or eastwards to Venezia? Have you? Well, you have missed a lot! You haven't got acquaintanced to a dinamic city, a real European metropolis and a major cultural centre in the Po Valley. |

| Pros: | "it is a dinamic city with a lot of monuments and museums" | | Cons: | "it can be very crowded and polluted" | | In A Nutshell: | "Far more than what you have always thought of it!" |
