Bela Ku Nhumbane

It was the first words that local's said to Vasco de Gama, when he arrived in 1948 in a raining day.
Its means "get into the house!" and Inhambane had a name !
Inhambane, Terra da Boa Gente, land of the good people.
The old town of Inhambane existed in the 10th century.
You may notice the Portuguese influence in the architecture of the city, settled there in 1534.

You'll find cashew, mandarin, coconut, lemon and coast brings a lot of fish and delicious seafood.
Inhambane is also known for its vast white sand beaches and its highly developed ecosystem, especially in the underwater world: whale sharks, manta rays are the delight of fans and tourists. Without forgetting its famous and many species of birds.

And then, Inhambane has charisma, its culture, its music, its artists, its festivals, its baraka, its people, making it a quiet and pleasant throughout the year and festive summer !

Just enjoy it !
