I like to travel and I like to take photos. That is one reason I think Virtual Tourist is a great site. We never really travelled much when we were kids, so I really enjoy it now, and the internet allows you to do a lot of research to plan your trip.
We have taken a few trips with our friends which I really enjoy because those shared experiences are great to reflect on.
Minnesota is my home and it has some great things to see and to do.

This photo is from the North Shore of Lake Superior near Split Rock Lighthouse State Park. The back side of a cold front had just passed through and the sun made the receding clouds really dark.
