Its free! - Virginia Beach
Beach Street: Its free!

At night from 8pm - midnight, Atlantic Avenue which is the main road behind the boardwalk comes alive with all sorts of entertainment and changes its name from Atlantic Avenue to Beach Street, not sure why that is!
Theres bands, jugglers, actors, puppets, groups, something to suit all ages. Just walk along, its free and watch the next lot of entertainers. They were really great.
The entertainment doesnt run the whole length of Atlantic Avenue, but from 17th to 24th street. This is every night in the summer months.

Just wear what you want.
