Getting TO/AROUND: Its not really a trolley bus, just 'dressed' up to look like one. It runs up and down the strip and as walking can be a bit tiring on your feet hopping on this bus can give your feet a respite. It doesnt however go passed the Stratosphere at the northern end. If you want to go to Fremont Street Experience you will have to either get a taxi from here or one of the service buses.
Price for the trolley bus is $1.75, exact money is required as no change is given.

The trolley bus runs from 9.30am - 1.30am
however it can be quite slow as it goes around all the casinos.

Getting TO/AROUND: When we visited LV they were having a lot of trouble with the monorail and consequently it wasnt working. However it is now up and running.
    Times are 7am -2am daily
    Prices:
$3 for one ride - single ticket
$20 for 10 rides (this can be shared with other people you are with but must be scanned for the appropriate number of times for the number of people)
$10 - 1 day pass - unlimited rides, valid for 24 hours from time on ticket
$25 - 3 day pass, unlimited rides, valid for 72 hours from time on ticket

There are various stations along the route but I dont think it covers as much area as the trolley bus, but it will be a lot quicker.

In the photo you can see the supports/rail for the monorail next to the Convention Centre

Getting TO/AROUND: If you go down to the Fremont Street area by car you can park as we did quite easily. We parked in the car park of the Golden Nugget Hotel/Casino, you get a ticket from the machine but if you get one of the attendants (not really sure what they are called but someone will tell you) to validate your ticket you can park for free for 3 hours.

Getting TO/AROUND: We flew with BMI from Manchester, England, non stop to Las Vegas. The service and food are exceptional with BMI. Took just over 10 hours to get there and about 8.hrs 30 mins on our return journey.

Getting TO/AROUND: If you have to get a taxi from the airport which we did and you particularly had a good taxi driver, take his telephone number. We did, the guy was called Roberto, he was so nice, and as my husband had to go back to the airport to work a couple of hours after landing, Roberto came and picked him up. Whenever we wanted a taxi we just called Roberto and he was there.
